Located on the 28th floor and facing South, Paradise Found! is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom retreat that offers terrific Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami skyline views from its private balcony. With over 1800 sq. feet of living space, Paradise Found! is the perfect getaway. It accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

The demand is so high that available dates are constantly getting booked up, many guests make a point of returning to this property for their next stay in Miami.
As you step into Paradise Found!, the views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay beckon you towards your own private balcony. This balcony is the perfect place to unwind while soaking up the sun and admiring the views. Our property is located in the heart of Miami, so you can easily plan your entire stay by gazing out from the balcony! You may even find yourself so captivated that you forget there is a magnificent 4-bedroom condo to settle into. But fear not, the breathtaking views are also visible from both master suites, as well as the living room, kitchen, and dining table.
Step into the living room and be greeted by a comfortable couch. A massive 65" Roku streaming TV awaits you, loaded with a variety of streaming services. It's your very own paradise within paradise. After a long day of exploring, gather your loved ones and come together in the living room and dining area for a relaxing evening.
There is a fully equipped kitchen that integrates luxury and comfort. The harmonious blend of pristine white and metallic accents with warm wood tones creates a welcoming homey feel. With Publix just 1/2 block away, cooking is a breeze. Additionally, the kitchen comes with a washer and dryer, ensuring that you return home with fresh laundry.
The first master bedroom is nothing short of grand. Spanning the length of the condo, this room has a king-size bed, a 55” Roku streaming TV, a walk-in closet, a vanity area, and a full bathroom. Glass sliding doors offer direct access to the balcony. The art on the walls and wooden nightstands add a pop of color to the room's decor, while the black-out curtains ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equally impressive with its marble floors, walls, countertops, and gray wood vanities + cabinets. There is a walk-in rain shower, and the hallway leading to the bedroom features sliding doors that reveal a walk-in closet and a vanity to get ready for the day.
On the opposite side of the living room, the second master bedroom suite is equally grand and luxurious. Like the first master, it features a king-sized bed positioned to offer stunning views of the city and the water, a 55” Roku streaming TV, ample closet space, and a private bathroom. The furniture in this room complements that of the other master and the living room, creating a cohesive and stylish atmosphere. The artwork adds a pop of color to the space. With its own access to the balcony, you can take in the breathtaking views from the comfort of the balcony. The bathroom is elegantly decorated with wood and marble and includes a walk-in shower as well.
Located behind the front entry to the right, the third interior bedroom offers ultimate privacy and tranquility away from the bustling city and your fellow guests. This spacious room has everything you need to feel at home, including a comfortable king-sized bed, a 55” Roku streaming TV, and ample closet space. Though the room has no windows, it provides the perfect atmosphere for a restful night's sleep, allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready to start a new day of adventure.
The fourth interior junior bedroom, located to the left as you enter the condo, offers the perfect combination of comfort and privacy. Despite its smaller size, this room doesn't skimp on amenities and has a cozy queen-sized bed and a 50” Roku TV. Since it's an interior room, it offers complete darkness, ideal for those who prefer to sleep in.
Located across from the two interior bedrooms is the third full bathroom. It is just as luxurious as the others, featuring a vanity and a large walk-in shower. The bathroom is adorned with marble and wood accents, giving it a simple yet elegant look.

THE GRAND:
-You have full private access to Paradise Found! which is located on the 28th floor facing South.
-You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzis on the 10th floor, open 7am to 10pm
-You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm
-You have full access to the Lobby
The Grand lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa.
Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay.
There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building.
GETTING AROUND/PARKING:
Uber is a convenient transportation option in Miami, and you can also easily access free public transportation such as the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend the nearby Miami Metromover.
The Grand, valet is the only available option.
You have two valet choices: (In/Out as much as needed)
Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked with the valet, and there are no electric charging stations available in the valet area.

Our retail lobby also houses an Enterprise rental car company for your convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
-No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather, except in the event of a state of emergency in Florida (Miami-Dade county). If Florida (Miami-Dade county) is under a state of emergency, we will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation.
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.
Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.
BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
- If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.
PACKAGES:
Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends.
AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.
Valet fees:
Valet is the only available option. You have two valet choices:

1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.
2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.
