Located on the 12th floor and facing East, A Wave From it All! is a totally renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers terrific direct water views from its private balcony. With over 1400 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. A Wave From it All! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger), making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.
As you step into A Wave From It All!, your eyes are immediately drawn to the fully renovated and fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes with a laundry room, so you don't have to worry about going back home with dirty laundry after your stay.
The well-appointed fully equipped kitchen, with a convenient wine fridge, boasts stunning views of the spacious dining and living area. With Publix grocery store just half a block away, preparing meals has never been more convenient.
You will be eager to step out onto the balcony to confirm that the breathtaking water views of Venetia Marina, Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, Heart Island, and even the Port of Miami are indeed real and not just an illusion.
The dining area has seating for four and the living room is graced with magnificent views that will take your breath away. In the living room, there's a 65" cable TV for relaxing after a busy and hot day of exploring, shopping, and dancing the night away in Miami. Access to the balcony isn't limited to the living room, but it's also available from each of the two bedrooms.
As you continue exploring the condo, you'll come across the second full bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is conveniently located across from the second bedroom.
The end line 2-bedroom condos at The Grand are a rare find, offering balcony access from both bedrooms and breathtaking views. The queen bed in the second bedroom is incredibly comfortable. There is a cable TV located in the bedroom for your entertainment, although it's hard to resist the temptation of gazing out at the water from the balcony.
The grand finale of this amazing condo is the oversized master bedroom that stretches the length of the unit. A comfortable king bed awaits you, along with a 55" cable TV, two closets, one of which includes a safe, and access to the balcony for gorgeous views. But the true showstopper of this condo is the spa-like private bathroom that will leave you in awe. Renovated to perfection, this bathroom is our favorite among the 85 condos we manage. The upgrades are exceptional, from the stand-alone white bathtub to the walk-in shower.
Choosing to stay in A Wave From It All!, with its stunning renovations and attention to detail, it’s the perfect choice for any guest. Not only are the breathtaking views worth raving about, but the decor and energy throughout the condo creates a sense of being completely "A Wave From It All!".
THE GRAND:
-You have full private access to A Wave From It All! which is located on the 12th floor facing East.
-You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzis on the 10th floor, open 7am to 10pm
-You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm
-You have full access to the Lobby
The Grand lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa.
Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay.
There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
-No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather, except in the event of a state of emergency in Florida (Miami-Dade county). If Florida (Miami-Dade county) is under a state of emergency, we will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation.
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.
Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.
BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 4 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
- If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.
PACKAGES:
Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends.
AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.
Valet fees:
Valet is the only available option. You have two valet choices:
(In/out as much as needed)
1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.
2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
-$320 Monthly Parking Fee if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
