With South Miami Beach 3 miles away, you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Located on the 37th floor and facing South, Champagne & Ice! is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers water views of Biscayne Bay and terrific downtown Miami views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Champagne & Ice! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

Step into this condo and admire the newly renovated open concept kitchen. It's fully equipped for your culinary needs, and with a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away, preparing meals is a breeze. Additionally, there is seating available at the kitchen counter, allowing for a casual dining experience.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a private bonus office near the front entry. This space offers privacy with a door, making it ideal for catching up on work if needed. This office provides a tranquil environment with minimal interruptions.

Experience the open concept design as you move from the kitchen into the dining area. The floor-to-ceiling mirror in this space creates an illusion of an even greater spaciousness. Adorned with art, the dining area exudes a sense of elegance. It serves as the perfect gathering spot for indulging in meals while reminiscing about the day's adventures.

Nearby the dining area is the living room. It beckons with its leather sectional and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering water views that are breathtaking. While unwinding from a busy day exploring Miami, the 65" Roku streaming TV, complete with Netflix, Sling, and a myriad of entertainment options, ensures that you can catch up on your favorite shows and movies. However, the views from the balcony may prove to be a distraction! Step outside onto one of the two private furnished balconies and immerse yourself in the warm embrace of the Miami sun. Take in the captivating sights of the illuminated Miami skyline at night or marvel at the magnificent million-dollar yachts gliding into the Venetian Marina. These balconies serve as your private oasis, allowing you to fully appreciate the allure of the city from the comfort of your own sanctuary.

The master bedroom suite is located off the dining area, spanning the entire length of the condo. It features a comfortable king bed, perfect for recharging for your adventures. A 55" Roku streaming TV provides entertainment options, and a desk offers a tranquil workspace. This suite embodies relaxation and convenience, allowing you to unwind and prepare for each new day. Just a few steps away is one of the two private balconies, providing a delightful space to soak in the Miami ambiance and enjoy scenic views. The master bedroom also includes a spacious walk-in closet with a safe for your storage needs. A washer/dryer unit is conveniently situated across from the closet, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Continuing down the hallway, you'll find the entrance to the private master bathroom, featuring a Roman tub for relaxation and a spacious walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the condo, is the second bedroom. This space features a king bed, and offers views of downtown Miami that can be enjoyed right from the bed. For those moments when work calls or you simply desire a quiet space, a desk is provided, allowing you to attend to any tasks. To enhance your relaxation, a 55" Roku streaming TV is available, offering entertainment options. One of the features of this bedroom is its own balcony. Step outside and let the Miami breeze caress your skin.

Next to the second bedroom, you'll find the second full bathroom, complete with a bathtub/shower combination. This bathroom offers the convenience and versatility of both a relaxing bath and a refreshing shower. Whether you prefer a soothing soak or a quick rinse, this bathroom is designed to cater to your needs.

Located on the opposite side of the second full bathroom, is the third interior bedroom. This cozy and private space features a comfortable queen bed and a Roku streaming TV, ensuring a delightful and relaxing stay. Although this bedroom doesn't have windows, it offers a serene ambiance that is loved by guests who appreciate a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. With its tranquil atmosphere, this bedroom provides the perfect retreat for those seeking a restful experience during their stay.

-You have full private access to Champagne & Ice! which is located on the 37th floor facing South.

-You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzis on the 10th floor, open 7am to 10pm

-You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm

-You have full access to the Lobby

The Grand lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa.

Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay.

There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building.

Getting Around

Uber is a convenient transportation option in Miami, and you can also easily access free public transportation such as the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend the nearby Miami Metromover.

The Grand, valet is the only available option.

You have two valet choices: (In/out as much as needed)

  1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.
  2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked with the valet, and there are no electric charging stations available in the valet area.

Our retail lobby also houses an Enterprise rental car company for your convenience.

- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

-No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather, except in the event of a state of emergency in Florida (Miami-Dade county). If Florida (Miami-Dade county) is under a state of emergency, we will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation.

- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.

Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.

Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.


- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)

- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS:  6 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)

- If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)

- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.

- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.

- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).

- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.

- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.

- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.

- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.

- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.

- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.

- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.

- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.

- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.


Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends.

-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.

Valet fees:
Valet is the only available option. You have two valet choices:

2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.
