With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.
Located on the 10th floor and facing North, Shore to Please! is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom retreat that offers Biscayne Bay water views and pool access just down the hall. With over 1700 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Shore to Please! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).
As you step inside, the first thing that catches your eye is the sleek concrete floors and the pristine white kitchen. The modern design features white appliances, a spacious island with a glass cooktop, and seating for 4 at the counter. Fully equipped with everything you need, cooking here is a breeze, especially with the convenience of a Publix 1/2 block away. Don't worry about dirty laundry piling up during your stay, as there is a convenient washer/dryer available for your use.
Just a few steps away from the kitchen, you'll find a spacious farm-style dining table that comfortably seats 6. The living room features a plush sofa bed and stylish accent chairs for a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy a wide selection of entertainment on the large Roku streaming TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of Margaret Pace Park and shimmering waters of Biscayne Bay, while flooding the space with natural light. Step outside to the furnished balcony and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings, savoring the ocean breeze and views.
The largest master bedroom suite leaves no room for compromise when it comes to space and comfort. Featuring a king bed and ample storage options, this bedroom offers a sanctuary-like atmosphere. From the comfort of your bed, you can enjoy water views of Biscayne Bay. By having access to the balcony, you can easily venture outside and immerse yourself in the breathtaking views whenever you desire. There is a Roku streaming tv that offers Netflix, Sling and tons of tv show and movie options. The master walk-in closet provides a convenient and organized space to stow away your luggage and shopping finds. Across from the closet, you'll find a vanity area complete with a sink, adding an extra convenience to your morning and evening routines. The private master bathroom is designed to indulge your senses. It boasts a roman tub, inviting you to soak and unwind. Additionally, a spacious walk-in shower offers a refreshing experience, allowing you to rejuvenate and prepare for the day ahead. The third bedroom is an interior room, which means it doesn't have windows. However, this unique feature doesn't diminish its appeal. Being located around the corner from the front entry adds an extra level of privacy to this room.
The third full bathroom is next to the third bedroom. It features a bathtub/shower combination, providing flexibility for guests who prefer either a relaxing bath or a quick shower. With its close proximity to the interior bedroom, it adds convenience and accessibility to the layout of the condo.

THE GRAND:
-You have full private access to Shore to Please! which is located on the 10th floor facing North.
-You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzis on the 10th floor, open 7am to 10pm
-You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm
-You have full access to the Lobby
The Grand lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa.
Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay.
There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building.
GETTING AROUND/PARKING:
Uber is a convenient transportation option in Miami, and you can also easily access free public transportation such as the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend the nearby Miami Metromover.
The Grand, valet is the only available option.
You have two valet choices: (In/Out as much as needed)
Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked with the valet, and there are no electric charging stations available in the valet area.

Our retail lobby also houses an Enterprise rental car company for your convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
-No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather, except in the event of a state of emergency in Florida (Miami-Dade county). If Florida (Miami-Dade county) is under a state of emergency, we will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation.
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.
Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.
BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
- If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.
PACKAGES:
Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends.
AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.
Valet fees:
Valet is the only available option. You have two valet choices:

1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.
2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.
