With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Located on the 24th floor and facing North, Big Energy! is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers water views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Big Energy! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

Freshly renovated with meticulous attention, this 3-bedroom haven Big Energy! epitomizes the essence of a flawless getaway. The moment you step inside, the open concept kitchen beckons, fully equipped to unleash your inner culinary virtuoso. With a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away, culinary endeavors are effortlessly facilitated. The kitchen counter boasts two plush bar stools, while the dining table accommodates four, providing an ideal space to unwind and share the day's adventures.

Nestled adjacent to the kitchen, a secluded bonus private office awaits. Complete with a desk and a door, this space offers a haven for focused work, shielded from distractions and interruptions.

The expansive and inviting living room seamlessly transitions to the balcony, boasting panoramic 180-degree vistas. Adorned with a fully furnished outdoor dining set and comfortable seating areas, the balcony emerges as the favored gathering spot to bask in the Miami sun while beholding the breathtaking waterfront panorama. Within the living room, a 65" Roku TV stands ready for your entertainment pleasure, featuring a treasure trove of options including Netflix, Sling, and an extensive array of movies and TV shows, offering a cozy sanctuary to unwind and catch up on after your eventful days exploring Miami's charms.

Spanning the entirety of the condo, the master bedroom suite offers the perfect haven to recline upon after an exhilarating Miami night on the king-sized bed. An accompanying 55" Roku streaming TV, replete with Netflix, Sling, and a plethora of your cherished TV shows and films, competes with the alluring views outside the sliding glass doors and windows, framing the mesmerizing waters and the park. A walk-in closet accommodates your glamorous Miami acquisitions. A vanity area, preceding the master private bathroom, beckons you with its convenience, and topping it all off is the washer/dryer, ensuring that the scourge of traveling with dirty laundry is completely eliminated. Embarking into the master private bathroom, a spa-like ambiance envelops you. A stand-alone bathtub beckons, a long-held desire brought to fruition, while the expansive walk-in shower promises indulgent relaxation.

Situated on the opposite side of the living room, the second-largest bedroom offers a king-sized bed strategically placed to afford the most breathtaking water vistas. Naturally, another 55" Roku streaming TV awaits, fully stocked with an array of viewing options. Balcony access from this room invites you to bask in the Miami sun, further enhancing your experience.

Adjacent to this bedroom and the third interior bedroom, the second full bathroom has undergone a comprehensive renovation, boasting a walk-in shower for added convenience and luxury.

While the third interior bedroom might be the coziest and windowless, don't be deceived. This room is tailor-made for those who relish a restful slumber until sunrise. Outfitted with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a Roku streaming TV complete with Netflix, Sling, and an array of captivating shows and movies, this space ensures you'll have a rejuvenating stay.

Big Energy! embodies its name to the fullest, exuding an unparalleled level of fabulousness that will undoubtedly prompt you to start planning your next stay even before your current one comes to an end.

THE GRAND:

-You have full private access to Big Energywhich is located on the 24th floor facing North.

-You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzis on the 10th floor, open 7am to 10pm

-You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm

-You have full access to the Lobby

The Grand lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa.

Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay.

There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building.

GETTING AROUND/PARKING:

Uber is a convenient transportation option in Miami, and you can also easily access free public transportation such as the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend the nearby Miami Metromover.

The Grand, valet is the only available option.

You have two valet choices: (In/Out as much as needed)

  1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.
  2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked with the valet, and there are no electric charging stations available in the valet area.

For stays of 10 nights or longer, please inquire for more information.

Our retail lobby also houses an Enterprise rental car company for your convenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

-No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather, except in the event of a state of emergency in Florida (Miami-Dade county). If Florida (Miami-Dade county) is under a state of emergency, we will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation.

- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.

Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.

Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.

BUILDING RULES:

- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)

- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)

- If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)

- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.

- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.

- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).

- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.

- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.

- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.

- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.

- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.

- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.

- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.

- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.

- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.

PACKAGES:

Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends.

AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)

-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.

Valet fees:
Valet is the only available option. You have two valet choices:
(In/out as much as needed)

1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.
2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

- Please let us know if you require the valet voucher so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day.

AFTER BOOKING: (Monthly stays)

28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only)

- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)
- 24/48 hours business day approval process.
- Emails for each adult.
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
-$320 Monthly Parking Fee if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
