Bluewater Realty Miami welcomes you to The Grand, our waterfront oasis located in the heart of Downtown Miami on the lovely Biscayne Bay. Our 2 bedroom totally renovated and top of the line Bayside Waves! has all you will need for a complete retreat! Want jaw dropping Biscayne Bay views? You got it! A private balcony the width of your condo? You got it!

Bayside Waves! is located on the 38th floor of The Grand facing North. Amazing views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park from 1500+ sq feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Max occupancy is 4 adults +2 children (15 years of age or younger).

Completely renovated and top of the line, this is pure luxury! No details overlooked. When entering the very Miami all white atheistic vibe surrounds you. The fully equipped all white kitchen sits on the left when entering and has all you need to cook! and with Publix only a 1/2 block away, it couldn't be easier and more convenient. There is also seating right at he kitchen counter.

The open concept feel flows into the dining area for 6. The views from the dining/living room out the private balcony access sliding glass doors shows off the view from the entire length of this condo. Jaw dropping water views of Biscayne Bay and park views of Margaret Pace Park from the private furnished balcony is exactly the place most guests find themselves day and night!.

The living room boasts a massive leather sectional big enough for everyone and a 65" Roku streaming tv with Netflix, Sling and tons of free tv show and movie apps.

The hallway across from living room has a washer/dryer so keeping up on your laundry during your stay is so convenient. Across from that is the 2nd full bathroom with walk in shower.

The 2nd interior bedroom is located next to 2nd bathroom. It has a queen bed, tons of storage space/closets, and its own Roku streaming tv. As this is an "interior" bedroom, there are no windows in here but the perfect bedroom for those who love to sleep till noon!.

The master bedroom is the entire length of the condo. The Grand is known for their oversize bedrooms and this one shows why!. A master bedroom suite with a king size bed, a desk to catch up on work, Roku streaming tv with all the added options, its own access right out onto the balcony.
The master closet was built out to perfection and perfect for monthly guests. There is a vanity with sink across from it before you enter the master bathroom.
The master bathroom feels like a spa, there is a huge walk in shower and separate bathtub.

Bayside Waves! is a perfect choice for a monthly stay here at The Grand. Centrally located and updated with such detail that most guests find themselves requesting extension after extension. So if this gem is available for your dates grab it while you can! It does not disappoint.

THE GRAND:

You have full private access to our Bayside Waves! Located on the 38th floor facing North with views of Margaret Pace Park and water views of Biscayne Bay.

You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzis on the 10th floor open 7am to 10pm, The Grand Gym & Health Club with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm, and lobby.

The Grand lobby is what we call a city within a building. If you didn't have to leave the building, you wouldn't have to, because it offers everything you could possibly need, want and desire!

Restaurants from authentic Italian Primo's dining (a true locals hang out shhhhh), to our 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega (omg the panini's and fresh baked pastries!!), to yummy deli at Le'Faubourgs or the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh to our Locals Lobby Bar (and just about everything in-between). For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, visit our hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby.

Boutique shopping, Bayshore Design Center (we love the Italian silk!), Dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Barbara beauty salon and nail bar, Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and so much more the list goes on!.

Newest addition to The Grand is Sakura wellness spa hidden on the 2nd floor retail lobby that does massage, facials, sauna, salt and red light therapy, nails and so much more!. We are happy to send a link to their website should you want to set up services during your stay!

LOCATION:

The Grand is centrally located in downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay in Edgewater and is incredibly close to so many amazing areas that should be on everyone's to-do lists.

We are an easy 8 minute drive (3 miles) over the scenic causeway to
South Beach, don’t forget to check out the cruises along the causeway at The Port of Miami on the right and on the left is Star Island where well ... all the stars live!! South Beach is the closest beach to The Grand.
Lincoln Road mall is a walkable 10 block stretch of great shopping and dining in the heart of South Beach and of course the famous Art Decor historic Ocean Drive across from the beautiful beaches.
South Beach is full of nightlife with so many clubs and bars there are just too many to name.

The Grand is a quick 5 min drive to Wynwood. The coolest and trendiest neighborhood with amazing murals on all the buildings, tons of great bars and restaurants. Also unique shopping and galleries galore, Wynwood is a true Miami experience you must see to believe.

Brickell City Center in Brickell is only 2 miles South of The Grand. Its packed with blocks of outdoor shopping, restaurants and bars

1 1/2 miles North of The Grand is Midtown area. Lined with great stores, boutiques, Target, the new Trader Joe's grocery store, and hidden gems of great cafes and restaurants. Midtown is just a few blocks from Wynwood!

2 miles North of The Grand is The exclusive Design District with upscale stores, galleries and 5 star restaurants. Window shopping in this area is an experience to say the least!

Bayside Marketplace is just a few blocks South from The Grand. It offers outdoor shopping right along Biscayne Bay, fun and adventurous boat tours, incredible restaurants and don't leave without stopping by Lets Make A Daiquiri, the best you ever had!
You can catch the metro mover, our above ground train system a 1/2 block South of our building on the corner (Omni Station) jump on for free and a few stops later your right in front of Bayside. (Much more affordable then their parking fees (wink)

The Arsht Center and American Airlines Arena (now called FTX Arena) is just a few blocks South.
Downtown Miami has become known for its nightlife. Just a few blocks from The Grand is handfuls of nightclubs - to dance the night away!

GETTING AROUND/PARKING:

Uber all the way! Everything is so close that it makes Ubering around safe and easy. The Trolley, and our very personal favorite the Miami Metromover which is free and is right on our block!

1 self parking space is $320 monthly
Car/suv must not be taller than 6'6" or longer then a large SUV. No vans, trucks, motorcycles, mopeds, or trailers allowed.
There is also an Enterprise rental car company located right in The Grands lobby

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- 50% refund if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival and no refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
-Guests are responsible for purchasing trip insurance.

-By booking this condo you are agreeing to this rental agreement

BUILDING RULES:
28+ days (monthly+ bookings only)

Max occupancy - 4 adults + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)

- Building mgmt requires 3-4 business days prior to arrival for approval process.

-Visitors are only allowed at a minimum at one time. Excess of visitors will not be allowed by security/mgmt at one time. Overnight visitors are not allowed.

-Absolutely no loud music, parties or any type of altercation with building security or staff or will result in immediate eviction or 15 day notice from mgmt with no refund and forfeit of deposit.

-House rules must be accepted at time of booking. Please make sure you read through it thoroughly.

-Number of guests must not exceed occupancy amount for this property so please make sure to state exact amount of guests when booking.
4 adults + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)

-There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the property. If smoking is detected you will face eviction and forfeit deposit.

-Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can not be held liable for any amenities being closed during your stay. This is our of our control so we are unable to give refunds for this situation if it should arise.

- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.

-Guests 16 years of age and older are considered adults by building mgmt.

-The booking must be made by anyone 21 years of age or older.

- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security at the front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym)

- Emails for each adult
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the application to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests please

-Building rules must be accepted at time of booking.
