Bluewater Realty Miami welcomes you to The Grand, located in Downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay. Our 3 bedroom Starlight! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you could need. Enjoy water views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Located on the 37th floor and facing North, Starlight! is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay water views from its private balcony, with over 1500 sq. feet of living space. Starlight! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

Step into Starlight! and encounter a fully equipped kitchen that caters to your inner culinary artist. With the added convenience of a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away, preparing meals at your "home away from home" becomes an effortless delight. Moreover, right downstairs in the retail lobby, five restaurants await, offering not only dining experiences but also the option to have their culinary delights delivered right to your condo.

A charming dining table, accompanied by velvet chairs, is poised next to the kitchen, providing an ideal setting for reliving the day's escapades. Mirrors that adorn the entire expanse of the living and dining area enhance the spaciousness of the room. The living room's sectional is an oasis of comfort, inviting you to unwind and binge your favorite TV shows and movies, facilitated by the 65” Roku streaming TV equipped with Netflix and Sling. The balcony, overlooking the awe-inspiring panorama of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park, presents a spectacle that defies description.

Spanning the full width of the condo, the balcony is tastefully appointed with an outdoor dining set and lounge chairs, offering a haven to unwind and immerse yourself in the breathtaking views. Notably, the vista even extends to encompass the captivating Heart Island.

Positioned at the far end of the hallway, the Master bedroom exudes grandeur as it extends the length of the entire condo. The king-sized bed is placed to offer unobstructed water views, a serene sight that can be relished right from the comfort of your bed. Step out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air and take in the surrounding beauty. A desk space is provided for catching up on any pending work, ensuring productivity without distractions. Your entertainment needs are catered to with a 55” Roku streaming TV, offering a comprehensive range of options including Netflix, Sling, and a plethora of free TV shows and movie apps. The spacious walk-in closet can discreetly store away both your luggage and the treasures from your Miami shopping sprees. The master bathroom features an inviting walk-in shower for your convenience.

Returning to the living room, you'll discover the 2nd bedroom on the right side. This room boasts a king-sized bed strategically placed to offer fantastic views. Equipped with a 55” Roku streaming TV and direct access to the balcony, this bedroom ensures a delightful stay.

Conveniently situated across the hallway from the 2nd bedroom is a washer/dryer, ensuring that keeping up with your laundry is hassle-free. Additionally, for your convenience, there's a dry cleaner that offers alterations located in the lobby. Directly opposite the washer/dryer, you'll discover the 2nd full bathroom. This bathroom features a convenient shower/bathtub.

Adjacent to the 2nd full bathroom, you'll find the 3rd interior bedroom. Although it lacks windows, this bedroom is a favored choice for late sleepers who relish mornings in bed. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a Roku streaming TV for your entertainment.

Starlight! is an ideal selection for a cozy and comfortable extended stay. You'll find yourself quickly adapting to it as your new home away from home!

THE GRAND:

-You have full private access to Starlight! which is located on the 37th floor facing North.

-You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzis on the 10th floor, open 7am to 10pm

-You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm

-You have full access to the Lobby

The Grand lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa.

Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay.

There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building.


Getting Around/Parking

Uber is a convenient transportation option in Miami, and you can also easily access free public transportation such as the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend the nearby Miami Metromover.

- We offer 1 self parking space for $320 monthly.

Please be aware that the self parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked in the residential garage.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county) . Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.

- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.

Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.

Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.

BUILDING RULES:

We know it's so NOT fun to read a bunch of rules when planning your vacation! However, our building DOES have rules, and YES, we ALL need to follow them. Again, we know, so NOT fun! Please read through them, and yes, we will need you to confirm with us after booking that you agree to them.

- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS:

4 ADULTS plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
- we can not amend that occupancy number, .. not before arrival or during your stay. It will break our hearts to disappoint you, so please do not ask! Anyone 16 years of age and older is considered an adult by our building. If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend.

-Yes, Guests that have booked a month or longer are permitted to have visitors. Visitors must be kept at a minimum at all times. Overnight visitors are not permitted for any length of booking.

- Miami is a lively city that never sleeps, so go out and enjoy the loud music and partying! But do not bring it home with you, because loud music and parties are just not tolerated in our building! Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.

- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but we are not liable for them. Our maids and team members will be grateful not to be hunting down forgotten items left by you in our 85+ condos ; )

- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.

- Though we do not personally judge smokers, there is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. There is just no nice way to state this .. so here is the reality, if smoking is detected, you will face eviction and forfeit deposit. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed.

- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.

- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.

- Must be 21+ to book with us, so please check your ID prior to booking to make sure your 21 or older, not after booking! This alleviates a ton of time cancelling a booking on both ends.

- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.

- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.

- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.

- 3-4 business day approval process once paperwork is completed and handed into The Grand association

- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
-$320 Monthly Parking Fee - Please let us know if you will require a parking space for your stay.
