Enjoy water views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park views that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Located on the 23rd floor and facing North, Elevate! is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom retreat that offers Biscayne Bay water views and Margaret Pace Park from its private balcony. With over 1800 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Elevate! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

As you step inside Elevate!, the open-concept fully equipped kitchen captures your attention to the left. It's stocked with all the essentials to awaken your inner culinary skill, and with a Publix 1/2 block away, preparing meals on vacation has never been more convenient. Notably, the kitchen incorporates a washer/dryer unit, ensuring that departing with unwashed laundry is out of the question.

Connected to the kitchen is the 4th jr-sized interior bedroom. While modest in size, it boasts a full-sized bed and a 50” Roku streaming TV complete with Netflix and Sling, offering all the entertainment you could desire. A notable feature of this bedroom is the window that faces South and provides a city view. Although it lacks a closet, the expansive walk-in closets in the master bedroom suites are more than capable of accommodating any additional storage needs.

Nestled adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is adorned with an eye-catching light, creating an inviting space to share stories of your Miami adventures. The living area is graced by a generously sized sofa that beckons you to unwind after your day's escapades. Equipped with a 65" Roku streaming TV, complete with Netflix, Sling, and a multitude of TV show and movie choices, the living area offers ample entertainment. However, the views outside the sliding glass doors tend to capture most guests' attention.

Just a few steps from the living room, you'll find the favorite spot for all our guests. The furnished balcony boasts views of Biscayne Bay's waters and the landscaped Margaret Pace Park right next door. So grab a drink, unwind, and let the Miami sun embrace you. As you bask in the warmth, don't forget to gaze at the waters and the distant allure of Heart Island.

Adjacent to the living room is the 3rd bedroom, featuring a full-sized daybed and a 55" Roku streaming TV for your relaxation. As you sink into the bed, the captivating views from this bedroom will envelop you, and with balcony access just steps away, the allure of the scenery is truly at your fingertips.

The largest master bedroom suite, situated off the dining area, stretches the length of the entire condo. A king-sized bed commands attention, strategically positioned to capture those sparkling water views. A 55” Roku streaming TV stands ready to entertain with your favorite shows and movies. Should work beckon during your getaway, a desk provides the space to tackle tasks. Access to the balcony, just steps from your bed, is a delightful addition. Not to be overlooked, the expansive master closet offers ample storage for your luggage and the treasures procured during your shopping sprees. Entering the master private bathroom is akin to stepping into a luxurious spa. The standalone bathtub exudes indulgence, inviting you to soak away the cares of the day. Additionally, the walk-in shower adds a touch of luxury to your stay. This thoughtfully designed bathroom is your personal oasis.

The second master bedroom suite occupies the opposite side of the condo. As you proceed past the hallway's third full bathroom, complete with a shower, you'll encounter this generously appointed master suite. Upon entering the room, the king-sized bed beckons for your attention. A 55" Roku streaming TV enhances your entertainment options, while balcony access treats you to captivating views of the water and the park. A spacious walk-in closet provides ample storage, and the private bathroom boasts a roomy walk-in shower for your convenience.

Elevate! presents itself as the ultimate selection for your Miami sojourn. Among the scarce condos capable of accommodating up to 6 adults along with children, these four-bedroom units are in high demand and tend to be snapped up swiftly.


-You have full private access to Elevate! which is located on the 23rd floor facing North.

-You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzis on the 10th floor, open 7am to 10pm

-You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm

-You have full access to the Lobby

The Grand lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa.

Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh, and if you are feeling frisky for a tastebuds delight, try our newest addition TANKA restaurant. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay.

There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Barbara beauty salon and nail bar, Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building.

- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for the State of Florida. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.

Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.

Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.


- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)

- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)

- If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)

- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.

- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.

- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).

- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.

- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.

- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.

- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.

- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.

- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.

- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.

- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.


Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends.

AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)

-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.

Valet fees:
Valet is the only available option. You have two valet choices:
(In/out as much as needed)

1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.
2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

- Please let us know if you require the valet voucher so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day.

AFTER BOOKING: (Monthly stays)

- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)
- 24/48 hours business day approval process.
- Emails for each adult.
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
-$320 Monthly Parking Fee if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
